Is it really free right now?
Yes. While we're in open Beta, every plan is free for the first two months — no credit card to start. When Beta ends you can pick a paid plan or leave the warmup environment.
Can I add inboxes mid-month?
Add or remove inboxes at any time — we prorate to the day. New inboxes start warming within minutes of being connected.
Which plan unlocks the API?
Pro adds rate-limited API access. Max adds unlimited API plus webhook subscriptions for reputation snapshots and per-mailbox events.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your inboxes keep warming, but Pro-only features (custom templates, custom topics) revert to Basic defaults. Your data is preserved — re-upgrade anytime to restore.
