Can I add inboxes mid-month?
Add or remove inboxes at any time — we prorate to the day. New inboxes start warming within minutes of being connected.
Which plan unlocks the API?
Pro adds rate-limited API access (60 req/min). Max adds unlimited API + webhook subscriptions for reputation snapshots, placement results, and per-mailbox events.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your inboxes keep warming, but Pro-only features (custom templates, custom topics) revert to Basic defaults. Your data is preserved — re-upgrade anytime to restore.
